This policy explains what data Netforge.ai collects when you use the service at netforge.ai, how it is used, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

Account data. When you sign up we collect your email address and a password (stored hashed, never in plain text). Your email is verified before you can use the account.

Designs and projects. The network designs, device configurations, templates, and project files you create are stored so the service can function. They belong to you.

Usage analytics. When analytics is enabled we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — pages visited and features used. Analytics data is not tied to the contents of your designs.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service, sign you in, save and render your designs, generate configurations, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not use the contents of your designs for advertising.

Cookies

Netforge.ai uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and analytics cookies when Google Analytics is enabled. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data and designs for as long as your account is active. You can delete projects yourself at any time. To delete your account and its data entirely, email [email protected] from your account email and we will remove it.

Security

Designs live in isolated projects tied to your account, with role-based access control governing who can view or edit them. To report a security issue, contact [email protected].
