The service

Netforge.ai is a web-based network design platform: you draw network topologies on a visual canvas and the service generates device configurations, validation results, documentation, and related exports. By creating an account or using netforge.ai you agree to these terms. You can sign up and use the free tier without payment.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, probe or disrupt networks you are not authorized to manage, attempt to access other users' projects, resell the service, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own the designs, configurations, and other content you create in Netforge.ai. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service. Templates you deliberately publish as public may be viewed and reused by other users.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated configurations are a starting point produced from your design: review and test them before deploying to production equipment. You remain responsible for what you deploy to your network.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netforge.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including network outages, data loss, or lost profits — arising from use of the service or of configurations generated with it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
